Will be printing commercial invoices, looking for accuracy, faxing commercial invoices and custom documents to the freight forwarder. Printing and faxing SLIs to the freight forwarder. Contact Internal & external customers to obtain information to make the shipment complete and communicated with all parties. The international part is only approx three to four hours worth of work the other part of the day will be material handling. As a material handler will Load or unload materials by hand. Materials are exercise equipment that come in large & awkward shaped boxes that are very heavy. Frequent bending, twisting, occas kneeling. Label and palletize all products in preparation of all daily shipments. Utilize a shrinkwrapping mch or shrinkwrap pallets by hand Unload, scrap, or re-box all return material. Qualified candidates will have: 2+ yrs recent & relevant warehouse/material handling experience in addition to 2+ yrs international documentation experience. A High School Diploma or equivalent. Must be able to regularly lift and/or move 50-75 pounds, very heavy lifting & manuevering of product. Category: Industrial Express Employment Professionals in partnership with a local production company has 2 Warehouse Clerk openings beginning in September! This person will be working with a small whse team ensuring that materials such as film, boxes, paper, etc are stocked on the production floor to ensure timely product flow & shipment. Will be responsible for completing inventory counts of materials & products frequently to ensure they are fully stocked & able to meet deadlines. Ordering product & materials when low or arranging for the material to be shipped to them. This portion of the job will take up a large portion of their job daily as they run on tight deadlines daily. So will be in & out of the whse & production floor stocking carts, shelves & machines with the materials the prod workers need. The next portion of the job Will be doing outbound and inbound shipping and receiving. Shipping entails inputting the shipping data into spreadsheets, labeling/shrinkwrapping & staging materials for shipment via FedEx & DHL and order picking. Recieving entails receiving product, verifying and recieving product in to the computer receiving system, stocking product w a sitdown forklift, labeling pallets for future order picking etc. just that need to do the full warehouse receiving which is receiving in the product in the system, as well as inventorying and ordering. -Must be (or have been) forklift certified. Must be able to operate sitdown forklift & pallet jack & have 2+ yrs recent & relevant Shipping & Recieving experience. -Must have 2+ yrs Shipping & Recieving experience using a s&r software program INCLUDING computer proficiency in Word, Excel & Outlook. -Lifting up to 50 lbs, regularly lifting 25 lbs, standing/walking around a med-lg size plant constantly, bend/twist consistently. -Must have own car with a valid DL, HS &/or GED including meet the strict criminal background requirements of the company.
